Harry's Pals is a UK charity dedicated to supporting parents who have recently received the life-changing diagnosis that their child has a severe illness or disability. Founded by parents with lived experience, the charity understands the emotional impact such news can have and exists to ensure that no family has to face that journey alone.
The charity provides a range of free services designed to support parents' emotional wellbeing, including professional counselling and therapy, short breaks and respite opportunities, and an online peer support community where families can connect with others who truly understand their experiences. By helping parents look after their own mental health, Harry's Pals enables them to better support their children and families during incredibly challenging times.
Beyond its direct support services, Harry's Pals also campaigns for greater awareness and improved support for families of children with severe illnesses and disabilities, working to create lasting change for parent carers across England and Wales.

Sarah's journey will be across one of the world's most iconic trekking routes, across breath-taking scenery, ancient archaeological sites, which includes steep ascents, high mountain passes reaching over 4,200 metres above sea level. Each day will being ew challenges and incredible rewards, all culminating with a sunrise arrival as the magnificent Machu Picchu, on of the New Seven Winders of the World.
